Where do our pieces come from?

The pieces on the website are secondhand items from people's wardrobe/closet. We inspect and verify every item before we list it on the website for sale.

Is my information secure?

Yes, all the information we collect is private and secure.

How do I figure out whether a product is my size?

We provide measurements of key areas so that you can compare to your own measurements. We also provide a reference size if it is not already on the label based on the measurement. 

How do I sell with STC?

We would love to help you consign with us.

There is no listing fees. For self-managed accounts, where you hold the product and upload pics, the commission is 15%. For accounts that require our help in uploading and photographing, the commission is 30%.

How do you ensure the labels are authentic?

STC guarantees that all items sold on the site are 100% authentic. 

What is our shipping policy?

At this time, we are only operating within USA and will ship with a leading shipping company based here in the USA. You will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

When will I receive my order?

Allow us 2 - 10 business days to have your item shipped to you.

What is our return policy?

The reason for our existence is to be nice to the planet. We see returns as leaving a carbon footprint. And so, we do not accept returns unless there is extenuating circumstances.

We provide a lot of details via pictures, and size info for you to make a conscious decision before buying the product. If you still have questions, feel free to ask!
